What do I need to know about your technology?
We use technology that tracks your stats throughout class which is then emailed to you after class. There’s only a couple things you should know – a) RPM is your pedal speed, b) Power is how hard you are working at any time (think miles per hour), and c) Energy is your total (think distance)! It’s not rocket science and you’ll quickly get the hang of it!
Your goal should be to improve your Energy score on a weekly or monthly basis. An increase in Energy literally means you’re getting in better shape! Goalz!
